Sarah landed in London, just hoping to leave her home behind and escape her family. But she didn't plan on falling headfirst into Carson's arms. Get ready for a summer of self-discovery and romance in the first of the New Adult novella series, Adventures Abroad!

Praise for What Happens in London: "Travel through London with Sarah, you'll squee, laugh and swoon at her adventures, I know I did!"- Lisa Burstein, author of Sneaking Candy

MY REVIEW:

Just as I was getting into the story, it seemed to be over.  And it ended so quickly, that I was highly disappointed in it.  I wanted to be able to know the true conclusion of this tale, but felt it was far from over.  I wanted to like the story more than I did - as a result I would give this one a 2-1/2 star rating.

  What Happens in Paris:

Camie can't figure out what she wants, from college or life…until she meets Hunter. But will the magic of a romantic night in Paris last till the morning? Fall in love with the second novella in the New Adult series, Adventures Abroad!

MY REVIEW:

Again, I wanted to like this story more than I did.  I felt that this was so rushed and quick that it was a letdown when it happened.  I wanted Camie and Hunter to have more of a relationship than was possible in that short time.  And again, I was hoping to see more from the characters than actually happened.  So my rating for this one is another 2-1/2 stars.

  What Happens in Berlin:

Interrupting a summer of fun, Joelle takes a detour to Berlin for her older brother's wedding. Spending time with her family is enough to make anyone go a little crazy. She's ready to lose it...until she meets Vi, a girl ready to turn her world upside down. Follow her journey in the third installment of the New Adult series, Adventures Abroad!

MY REVIEW:

This one was a bit better.  It explored a different friend and their quick adventure.  This one felt a bit more complete and not so open ended.  I felt my questions were answered in this one more.  I liked how this one focused on Vi's involvement in her brother's wedding as well as with some of the locals.  I gave this one a 3 star rating as I did feel let down after reading it.

What Happens Abroad:

After a summer of fun, Camie, Joelle, and Sarah are ready to reunite in Italy for one last adventure, but heartbreak waits in the shadows of the cobblestone streets. Can Florence cast its spell and turn lost love into a final fling? Catch up with the girls in this final installment of the New Adult series about love, escape, and true friendship.

  Bloomsbury | Amazon | B&N | Kobo | iBooks

MY REVIEW:

In this fourth installment, I was really hoping for all the loose ends to be wrapped up especially after the way it is described.  But I felt that this was just the continuation of Camie's story.  And that is okay as I wanted that to continue and finish.  But what about Sarah and Joelle's story?  Can we have that one complete itself?  Or are we to sit here and believe that they were not worth any ending?  Ugh that frustrated me.  So again I find my self giving this one a 3 star as at least one story finished.

Overall for the series, I would give this one a 2-3/4 star rating.  (yes I went all crazy and averaged the 4 together.)  I would have liked to give it a solid 3 but find myself unable to really given my previously stated reasons.
